Description: The project involves construction of two residential towers comprising of 65 and 20 additional floors offering 538 and 128 luxury apartments respectively, in 1, 2 and 3-bedroom layouts and penthouses with rooftop terraces too on the top levels of each tower.

The project will include amenities:

(a) A fully equipped fitness centre spread over 266 square metres with panoramic views of Burj Khalifa.

(b) Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, it has the latest cardio and weight training exercise machines and an array of free weights.

(c) 250-square metre multipurpose hall equipped with comfortable sofas, a coffee table, two mounted TV units, a pantry and dining facilities, it can be used to celebrate a host of occasions.

(d) A yoga room with an outdoor space to take in fresh air and enjoy the cool breeze, games room with pool and foosball tables, children’s play areas, media room, pergolas, BBQ areas, multimedia hall, business centre, play room, lounge areas and kid’s pool, badminton and half a basketball court, reading areas, landscaped areas.

(e) Adding to the convenience of the residents is a 98-metre travellator that connects Burj Vista with the Dubai Metro Link, which bridges the Dubai Metro station with Downtown Dubai.

(f) The boulevard level of the towers also features several high-end retail outlets and restaurants, while there are additional retail and F&B outlets on Level 2, which is the same level as the Metro link.

(g) The travellator also connects directly to Address Boulevard, the premium luxury hotel, adding to the lifestyle choices of residents and visitors.
