|Description:||The project involves partial development of a shopping mall. The property that is currently under construction is located adjacent to Global Village and will be in close proximity to residential communities in Arabian Ranches, Majan, Al Barari, Layan, and Falcon City among many others.
The key features of the shopping mall are as follows :
(a) The mall comprises of a ground floor and an additional floor with 6,000 shaded parking spaces
(b) It will include 350 stores with a total area of 111,483 square meters.
(c) It will host a wide selection of international fashion boutiques, as well as restaurants, cafes and retail stores, and in addition to a huge supermarket, cinema with 14 screens, as well as a 3,000-seat amphitheater, and a miniature amphitheater for children
(d) The project will comprise the world’s first ‘nature-inspired’ shopping destination, called Central Park, spanned across 185,806 square meters which will form the mall’s core, and will feature a miniature version of the Miracle Garden, a miniature water park, a rooftop garden, restaurants and cafes, and several species of rare flora
(e) An arch structure will envelop a dining area with wooden interiors to form the outer-perimeter of the botanical garden
(f) The mall has signed up ‘Carrefour’ as the hypermarket operator with a 9,290 square meters making it the largest hypermarket in the Dubailand area
